In the pack
- GTG BOSS BD LIT
- GTG BOSS BD AC30
- GTG BOSS BD MTCH
Helix has no dedicated Blues Driver model, but the Valve Driver with the right EQ gets very close. These three presets dial in that classic Blues Driver-style breakup and pair it with three amps that love it:
- AC30
- Litigator (Dumble-style)
- Matchless with a Cali V30 cab
Snapshots are set up for multiple gain stages. Dialed in with a Strat, and easy to adapt to humbuckers. The .hlx files also load on HX Stomp.
Before you play
- Import the IR.wav files first
- Import the preset files second
- Then confirm each IR is listed in each applicable cab/IR block
- Plan to make tone adjustments to for your guitar's pickups to any amp, effects, and EQ blocks
Note: All sample IR.wav files included free of charge. We highly recommend buying quality crafted IRs from the many Helix IR providers.
Includes a setup guide (PDF).
