Pod Go's fixed blocks (volume, wah, FX loop) limit how many effects you can add. These seven template presets trade the blocks you don't use for open ones. They're ordinary presets, with no coding or hacking. Built and tested on Pod Go 2.5 firmware and Pod Go Edit, and backward compatible.
Templates
- JAILBREAK: 3 extra blocks (no FX loop, volume or wah)
- JAILBREAK VP: 2 extra (keeps volume pedal)
- JAILBREAK FX: 2 extra (keeps FX loop)
- JAILBREAK WAH: 2 extra (keeps wah)
- JAILBREAK VPFX: 1 extra (keeps volume + FX loop)
- JAILBREAK WAHFX: 1 extra (keeps wah + FX loop)
- JAILBREAK VOLWAH: 1 extra (keeps volume + wah)
Good to know
No volume block? Assign the Cab, IR or EQ block's Level to EXP 1 or EXP 2 to get volume pedal control back.
DSP still applies. You get more blocks, but what fits still depends on the total DSP of the effects you choose.
Use at your own risk. These are custom templates, not Line 6-approved presets. They have been used for years without significant issues, but keep your firmware current, and if anything misbehaves, stop using them.
